Refunds

We comply with UK legislation including The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations for refunding goods.

In addition we also offer our own 14 day refund/exchange policy;-

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase or you have ordered goods in error or they are not compatible with your requirements you may return the goods for exchange or refund.

All packaging, accessories and paperwork must have been received back by us in their original unspoilt condition within 14 days of delivery to qualify for the exchange/refund.

If you have opened or used the goods they can still be exchanged or refunded providing the goods are in acceptable condition. The refund/exchange price will be to the value of the price paid less a re-stocking charge of £10 or 10% of the returned goods price paid, whichever is the greater.

Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Credit/debit card refunds are usually made within a few days of receiving the goods and no later than 30 days providing they are in previously stated condition.
