Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled/amended in part or whole at any time prior to dispatch.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations consumers have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days after delivery without reason and receive a full refund of the value of the goods. This applies to all our products, however, this only applies to goods which have not been opened and/or used or damaged.

Notice to cancel is required to be given within 7 working days after delivery in writing by either e-mail, fax or letter.

It is the responsibility of the consumer to return the goods at their expense to us within a reasonable period where they have chosen to exercise the right to cancel. Failure to return the goods within a reasonable period will result in our direct costs of recovering the goods being offest from the refund due.

Please return them to us at the following address with a note stating your wish to cancel the order (you do not need to give a reason why but we would be grateful if you did)

Credit/debit card refunds will be made within 30 days of receiving a written cancellation notice.

We do not charge a cancellation or handling charge for orders cancelled during the 7-day cooling off period providing the above conditions are met.

For your protection we recommend using a delivery service requiring a signature with insurance and ensure parcels are adequately protected for transportation as refunds cannot be given on products lost or damaged in the return delivery.
