Due to a high number of delivery problems recently experienced with United States deliveries we are currently not accepting orders for shipping to the U.S.A..

Delivery is usually by Royal Mail First class post or courier.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure speedy delivery please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

Where a parcel cannot be delivered (e.g. no-one available) customers should be left a card by the Royal Mail / courier with a telephone number to call to arrange another day for delivery.

If delivery was not possible due to the address being unoccupied when delivery was attempted and no contact has been made by the customer to either ourselves or Royal Mail / courier, the goods will be returned back to us as undeliverable. A further delivery charge will be applied to re-send the goods.

Occasionally parcels are delayed due to poor addressing/sign-posting in which case we may need to give the courier your telephone number so they can contact you for directions. We only pass this information on with your approval for which there is a check box on the order form to give us your consent.

What to do if there is a problem with the delivery
When you receive your delivery, you should check it thoroughly and report any damage or missing items to us within 3 days of delivery. All packaging must be kept to support your claim.
