If you order from us we collect information such as name, address & phone number for billing and delivery addresses
and a contact e-mail address.
The IP address of site visitors is automatically collected by the webserver and saved in access/error logs.
How do we use the information collected?
Personal details are used to provide billing and delivery of any goods purchased and to fulfil our legal duties in
maintaining financial records in accordance with HMRC and Customs & Excise requirements.
IP addresses are not used unless there is a problem which requires investigation of the server logs to identify
malicious IP addresses in order to block them.
Will we share your information?
We do not sell or share information to third parties that are not directly involved in the supply of goods you have
purchased unless required to do so in a request from law enforcement agencies.
Involved parties include Royal Mail & couriers for shipping.

There is no fee to request personal information held: however, under GDPR a reasonable fee to cover administration costs
may be charged if;-
- it is manifestly unfounded or excessive; or
- an individual requests further copies of their data following a request.
Requests can also be refused if they are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
Requests will be processed as quickly as possible and no later than one month following receipt of the request or
receipt of any due fee.
